Jeera Curd Rice




Mix cooked rice to the whisked curd and mix well. Heat the ghee in a small tempering pan. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida and cumin seeds.

Jeera Curd Rice

  • Ghee 2 tsp
  • Cashews 4-5 pieces
  • Badam chopped 1 tsp
  • Raisins 10-12
  • Jeera 2 tsp
  • Cooked Rice 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 strings

Cook


  1. Heat ghee, fry cashews and badam
  2. Add raisins and jeera
  3. Add Cooked Rice
  4. Salt To Taste
  5. Add Curd
  6. Mix Well
  7. Add coriander leaves, mix well
  8. Mix till mixture become thick and serve
